This pedal was designed around the Late 80's to early 90's medium to high gain tones heard on countless rock and hair metal albums produced by cranked tube amps. It does NOT sound like a MetalZone buzz saw. Think "In The Still of the Night" "Eruption" and Ratt tones. It is beefy and full & has a unique high frequency blend knob (Icing)... This pedal was inspired the use of the Furman PEQ-4 in the 80's. It was often and important part of shaping some of those rock tones in the studio. (*Knobs in photo subject to change)
